This professional trumpet is in overall very good playing condition , with the silver plate being about 90% good and only a couple of very tiny dents. The plating has some slight wear along the lead pipe and along the bottom of valves 1 and 2, these are areas where its been held etc , this amounts to about the 10% silver loss, bearing in mind this trumpet will have had quite some professional playing in it’s life. The valves are light and responsive , and all slides pull and pop. Anyone reading or showing interest in this instrument will know that along with the Recording model these were the flagship / top of the olds range, particularly around the mid 1960s when this one was built [serial no 611898]. The case whilst it is an olds case it is not the original one for this horn , and while it is strong / sound / secure , it is quite tatty and could do with some tlc , cleaning etc. The mouthpiece is an excellent Conn 7c in almost as new condition. Vintage Henri Selmer Paris Radial Trumpet Silver Plate withcase and mouthpiece

Silver and Brass Music Shop is a brick-and-mortar brass instrument restoration and repair shop located in Carson City, NV. This is a vintage Henri Selmer Paris Radial trumpet (serial number 64414). The bore of the horn is medium-large at. The bell is 5. This horn plays very well. The valves are in excellent condition with great compression–the compression is so good that the valves will require a break-in period before they move at top speed, just like a brand new horn. The slides all move, of course. As for the aesthetic condition of the horn, there are a couple of minuscule dings as well as a few areas of missing silver plate on the horn as well as a few areas of very light scratching and very light pitting. The inside of the bell flare has some scratches on it as well. The bell engraving reads: HENRI/ SELMER/ PARIS/ SELMER/ MADE IN FRANCE/ ®. The leadpipe has ML stamped on the mouthpiece receiver. All the imperfections are visible in the pictures, and none of it affects the playability of the horn. This instrument has been professionally cleaned in our shop, and all the valve felts and water key corks were replaced. This trumpet comes with a mouthpiece in good condition, and a somewhat worn hardshell case. All horns are located at Silver & Brass Music Shop. Vintage Silver Plated Los Angeles Super Trumpet with Deluxe Case/ A Great Player

Vintage Silver Plated Los Angeles Super Professional Trumpet. This is a trumpet any professional quality player or collector should enjoy. I acquired this trumpet in a trade with my brass tech who is also a professional trumpet player. I know the trumpet has been well maintained and I have enjoy playing it. At some point in the past the trumpet was replated. The plating for the most part is very good. There is a spot of missing plating on the inside of the bell. There also is a little solder on the brace (last photo). The trumpet looks very good. There are no large dents. It seems that the valves were also re-plated and re-fitted as well. They are original with matching serial numbers and have a great feel to them with strong compression. All slides are free and functional. The trumpet has a great warm rich colorful sound and I believe you will really enjoy this one. Included is a used but very nice lightweight deluxe case. Schilke CX6 Professional C Trumpet. You will find this to be a spectacular professional C trumpet. One of the amazing aspects is that the horn is so free and responsive that it feels like you a playing a B flat. The sound has a solid core sound that is open, lively and rich. The valves are classic Schilke, very fast and light with strong compression. This trumpet was manufactured around 1980, in a wonderful era in Schilke’s history. The horn looks very nice. There is some silver plating loss around the valve clusters and contact areas but most of the plating is very nice. There is a ping on the leadpipe but no large dents. We are including a leather valve cover to dress it up. I think you will feel proud to take this of the case. Included is a used pro quality padded gig bag. BENGE Vintage Trumpet 3xML bore resno tempered bell circa 1975 Silver Plate. This horn came from a musician. This is the horn he played in college. He has not been playing for years, so liquidated half a dozen musical items, from effects to guitar to bass to, this Trumpet. This horn is fully functional, with tuning slides and pistons all free and working. This horn most certainly would benefit from a complete chem clean, inside and out. But she’s functional, and right now can be used with some valve oil and tuning slide grease handy. As I survey the horn, I can only find one tiny pin size ding and no dents. The finish does have some wear, the most being on the 2nd valve tuning slide. Overall really nice and for a horn over 40 years old I would call it a good 7 out of 10. BELL IS ENGRAVED Resno-Tempered Bell / Custom Built by E. Benge / Los Angeles Calif. Now to bore size, someone helped me to ID this as a 3x bore. They told me where it might be marked, and they were spot on and I found the 3. The 2nd piston casing is marked on the outside with ML. Comes with original case & 2 Schilke mouthpieces.
