This vintage Henri Selmer C Jazz tenor saxophone mouthpiece is in nice condition overall and has minor general wear from past use. The plating has held up nicely and appears to be free from any loss. There is light teethmarks on the beak and minor scuffs on the body; no notable issues that would affect playability. Engravings are crisp: “Henri Selmer Paris / C / Jazz”. Vintage 1926 Silver Plated York Saxophone #84932 w Rico Reloflex 4M Mouthpiece

Listed here is what I believe to be a 1926 York Grand Rapids Tenor Saxophone Serial Number 84932. It is silver plated, tarnished, and the play-ability of this instrument is unknown. The side that faces up from its case is tarnished, though the other side is far less tarnished, suggesting it may not have been in use for many years. The case that it is housed in is a M. Kalashen case, which I’m pretty sure originally housed an entirely different saxophone back in the day. This mouthpiece takes the place of the original one, though the owners kept the original silver plated protective casing for this mouthpiece. The carrying case is in beaten but functional condition, with the surface of the case flaking apart. Although I believe this saxophone is a tenor, it does have the length (24 inches) and weight (5 pounds, 3 ounces) of an Alto. In addition, I was also told by somebody that it is a melody, but I don’t know enough to know who to believe, if I’m being perfectly honest. I do not know enough about saxophones to make a definitive classification. It looks like a part on the neck of the saxophone is missing, but I’m not sure. Any failure of disclosures of condition problems is from a lack of knowledge of actual problems present on this piece. After all, I was informed that this saxophone will probably need some machining and or other fine work to be properly played again. If you have any questions about this instrument, and you probably do, I would highly suggest asking me questions. If you see any glaring errors in this description or things I should know, feel free to tell me about that too. This professional trumpet is in overall very good playing condition , with the silver plate being about 90% good and only a couple of very tiny dents. The plating has some slight wear along the lead pipe and along the bottom of valves 1 and 2, these are areas where its been held etc , this amounts to about the 10% silver loss, bearing in mind this trumpet will have had quite some professional playing in it’s life. The valves are light and responsive , and all slides pull and pop. Anyone reading or showing interest in this instrument will know that along with the Recording model these were the flagship / top of the olds range, particularly around the mid 1960s when this one was built [serial no 611898]. The case whilst it is an olds case it is not the original one for this horn , and while it is strong / sound / secure , it is quite tatty and could do with some tlc , cleaning etc. The mouthpiece is an excellent Conn 7c in almost as new condition. Vintage Henri Selmer Paris Radial Trumpet Silver Plate withcase and mouthpiece

Silver and Brass Music Shop is a brick-and-mortar brass instrument restoration and repair shop located in Carson City, NV. This is a vintage Henri Selmer Paris Radial trumpet (serial number 64414). The bore of the horn is medium-large at. The bell is 5. This horn plays very well. The valves are in excellent condition with great compression–the compression is so good that the valves will require a break-in period before they move at top speed, just like a brand new horn. The slides all move, of course. As for the aesthetic condition of the horn, there are a couple of minuscule dings as well as a few areas of missing silver plate on the horn as well as a few areas of very light scratching and very light pitting. The inside of the bell flare has some scratches on it as well. The bell engraving reads: HENRI/ SELMER/ PARIS/ SELMER/ MADE IN FRANCE/ ®. The leadpipe has ML stamped on the mouthpiece receiver. All the imperfections are visible in the pictures, and none of it affects the playability of the horn. This instrument has been professionally cleaned in our shop, and all the valve felts and water key corks were replaced. This trumpet comes with a mouthpiece in good condition, and a somewhat worn hardshell case. All horns are located at Silver & Brass Music Shop. Here we have a vintage silver F attachment trigger trombone US model. The finish is still in overall good shape, but does have a few places the finish is missing.
