Vintage Conn Wonder Alto Saxophone. This is a saxophone any comeback player, advancing student or professional player should cherish. It is in really good condition and has a great sound and nice response. Cosmetically is is also nice. There are no large dents or concerns. The plating does have a little tarnish but both the silver plating and gold wash bell makes this a horn you will feel so proud to take out of the case. The pads are in very good condition and it is in good playing condition. Minor adjustments might be desired to meet you personal touch preferences, however generally good playing condition. Conn 3 Valve Silver Bell Up Eb Alto Horn Ser#117041 Cool Vintage Horn! Alto horns are very popular in brass bands. This one looks to be from 1912 based on the serial number. They are a very nice compact size and this horn plays well! The body is in good condition with only minor dents and dings. There is a lot of patina and tarnish on the horn. It comes with a mouthpiece so it is ready to play! Instrument Condition: The overall physical condition of this used instrument is. Some dents and dings. This instrument is currently in. It has approximately 50- 55% of the silver finish tough to tell with the tarnish on the horn. Light general wear (possible light surface scratches and/or minor dents and dings). All the valves are in good working condition and some of the tuning slides are stuck. Valve Info: Valve finger button number two does not match one and three. Lead Pipe Condition: Light general wear (possible light surface scratches and/or minor dents and dings). Outside Body Bow Condition. Has a light dent in the outside bow and/or a small ding (See Pics). Minor dents and dings and minor bell. Has a light dent in the bow guard with a small ding (See Pics). A mouthpiece is included engraved: York AL-TRU 6M. Several (See Pics) The main tuning slide to bell brace on the tuning slide side needs to be re-soldered. The post on the third valve tuning slide to outside body bow needs to be re-soldered on the body side. No broken or patched metal. Older Used Condition (Still usable but significant signs of physical wear) is likely the original case. It does have a sticker on the side and “Conn Eb Alto Horn” with numbers on the side of it. Very good condition with some small dings along the bell, a small scratch at the bottom of one of the valves, plating around 99% with no noticeable wear, and no signs of repairs or major dent work. All tunings slides are free including the third-valve dump slide. Valves are fast and smooth and quiet. Plays very nicely with a good balance of projection, color, and tone, as youd expect from a Corporation bell on a light body. Just through the shop wear it was cleaned, lubed, and had a new water key cork installed. Conn 5 valve Euphonium Double Bell 1926. 1926 Extremely RARE Silver Conn Euphonium 5 valve double bell gold burnished Model 60i. The double bell euphonium is an instrument based on the euphonium. The larger bell produces the mellow tone of a standard euphonium; the second smaller bell has a brighter tone, similar to a baritone horn or valve trombone. The instrument is sometimes dismissed as a novelty, but has had a small number of enthusiastic adherents, although few professional musicians use it as their sole or primary instrument. The smaller bell can give more appropriate tone in the higher range of the instrument. The two bells can also be used for special effects, such as echoes, and using the distinctly different tone of the two bells for a single musician to give the effect of call and response. Vintage Conn Mezzo saxophone silver-plated with gold bell original case, neck

Conn Mezzo saxophone model 24M in key of F with original neck and original case. Original silver plating with gold washed bell. The saxophone comes with mouthpiece. My Mezzo sax is really in nice condition. I cannot find any dents and minor wear overall considering it was made in 1928 and serial number is 213. The pads are in still nice condition with cool gold resonators. Sax was overhauled by the original owner before I got it. Since I have not played it much, it will need a tune-up or adjustments once you receive it. This beautiful saxophone was produced from around 1928 to 1930 and are very rare and cool to own or show in your museum of rare saxes. Extremely rare and a master piece of a.
