For sale is a vintage, large silver-plated oval Serving tray in intricate design. The tray measures 26 inches long x 17 inches wide and is heavy, weighing 7 1/2 pounds. The serving tray has a Maker’s Mark at the bottom which reads: 3422/1. The serving tray is vintage in good condition with light signs of wear. There is what appears to be a Social Security number engraved at the bottom of the tray, but it is not visible when serving. Please reference the pictures.

For your consideration is a vintage silver plated dual handled footed butlers serving tray by International Silver Co. Large and substantial in size, the tray measures approximately 23″ in length from handle to handle and is 16″ wide. Intricate etching enhances the face of the platter and lavish scroll and shell details decorate the edge. Expected light surface scratching is present to the face of the tray, most noticeable near the center from prior use. Otherwise it’s in very good condition with no dents, dings, plate loss, prior repairs, or other compromising imperfections found. The silver remains fully intact and polishes to a clear and brilliant luster. This beautiful quality vintage silver plated oval cocktail tray is made by renowned French maker Christofle, incorporates two sturdy handles to the ends which have a fancy design and is an extra large size. This vintage drinks tray is from the Malmaison collection, signed Christofle to both handles, the tray is marked with the Christofle maker’s mark and France and is a very nice heavy piece. This large and heavy tray not only looks great with it’s stylish handles but is also a nice usable barware accessory. Marked: Maker’s marks for Christofle: Christofle. The Christofle Balance OC mark. Dimensions: Length including handles: 63 cm (24 3/4). Width: 42 cm (16 1/2). Height to top of handles: 5 cm (2). Weight: 2.674 kg. Condition: Excellent vintage condition with signs of use in keeping with age. A few light marks to the surface which only show at certain angles. A few tiny marks / bruises to the handles. Antique Vintage Tea / coffee teaset four pieces all covered in ornate decoration makers name to the underside which i believe is Jonathan Bell left as found unpolished any small imperfections surface marks etc are commensurate with age or use for accuracy the one insulater on the handle on the largest pot is a little nibbled (shown) please use my photos as part of the description as you can see its ideal for use or display and nothing that spoils. Size approx Largest pot 9 1/2″ (24cm) high overall teapot 6 1/2″ (16.5cm) high overall jug 5 1/4″ (13cm) high basin 4 3/4″ (12cm) high. Overall weight before packing approx 2.5 kg.
