Here we have a fantastic HUGE oval twin handled silver plated butlers champagne/drinks serving tray. This beautiful tray has a crossed swords makers mark which I don’t recognise, I would imagine this was would date to somewhere around the early to mid 20th century. It has a wonderful engraved pattern featuring leaves/foliage/scrolls and is finished with gadrooned/ribbed border and grand handles showing leaves and fleur de lys motif. As you can see from the photos it would comfortably hold several champagne glasses as well as bottle/bucket etc. As well as the kitchen sink haha! This would be perfect for a stately home, a special occasion or wedding company offering champagne on arrival. It measures a whopping 26.25 inches including handles 21.75 inches without by 16.25 inches weighing over 2kgs!!! If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask.
