Beautiful Vintage Lady’s Leg Cocktail Shaker Set

Lady’s Leg frosted glass shaker portion was made ca. 1937 by the W. Virginia Specialty Glass Co. See Visakay’s “Vintage Bar Ware”, pg. The shoe was made by the Derby Shelton Silver Co. Dimensions: 15.5″ height & 3.5″ diameter at calf. Top & pour spout are made of chrome. There are 6 matching frosted glasses with sterling trim. The silver shoe can be removed using clasp (see photos). The glass in both shaker & glasses has no chips, cracks or breaks; there are dark rub spots on foot where the shoe meets the foot (photo #4). There is some pitting on silverplate due to age & usage; one glass has lost some silver around the top trim(photo #12). In great condition from my personal collection. A beautiful vintage barker and Ellis quality silver plated drinks tray it is in very good condition and has a lovely mirrored shine, it does have some even copper bleed on the raised decoration which I think gives it a lovely effect, it has no dings or knocks or pitting but does have superficial marks of use it is stamped underneath , Any orange light shadows or squiggles is just reflection, it measures 34cm in diameter. Here we have a beautiful vintage silver plated gallery tray with clawed legs The tray is 7cm high. 26cm wide and 40cm long. There is a gallery rail all around the tray with pierced patterns topped with a gadrooned border. The gallery rail also has a wave effect. On the face of the tray are very elegant floral engraved patterns. The cartouche in the centre of the tray is clear. The tray stands on 4 clawed legs. Beautiful Vintage Silver Fox Hunt Stirrup Cup Foxes Head 1900s. A lovely finely detailed foxes head forms the tri-footed base of this lovely silver plated Cup. Known as a stirrup Cup these were traditionally handed to mounted huntsman or woman for a toast or a quick nip before riding off or continuing on the hunt. This isnt a Victorian era example, whilst it isnt new either! Often these vintage examples were made in Italy- whilst this one isnt marked that I can see. Excellent damage free condition- the silver has no rubbing wear at all. Height 13.5cm diameter 8.5cm weight 350 grams approx. Then please read on!
