Exquisite, silver plate, tea set with with tray, St. James by EG Webster/ International Silver This is a unique and tall set. Each piece has a pear shaped body, pedestal base, gadroon design around the rims and base with floral, leaves and shells on the spout, handles and finial. The tray has the same design on its rim and handles. A very stunning set! Measurements: Coffee/ tea pot approx 13″ tall x 10″ handle to spout. Sugar bowl 8″ tall x7″ wide handle to handle, Creamer 7″ tall x 6″ wide. Tray measures approx 27 1/4″ long handle to handle, 22″ without handles x 16 wide. Marks: EGW&S IS International Silver Co St. This set is in good vintage condition. May have standard signs of age and use such as slight surface scratches, possible small bruises/ tiny dings, polish residue. Insides look great, There is very light staining, if any. The tray may have a few flea bites on the face and some spots/ sticker residue on the underside. The tray does have some base metal/ copper showing through in a small areas of the face (see pic), but not very noticeable (much more noticeable in picture than in person) and doesn’t detract from its beauty. No apparent damage I can see. My pictures aren’t doctored to hide flaws so please use photos as part of the description. My items are antique and vintage.
