Here we have a fantastic HUGE oval twin handled silver plated butlers champagne/drinks serving tray. This beautiful tray has a crossed swords makers mark which I don’t recognise, I would imagine this was would date to somewhere around the early to mid 20th century. It has a wonderful engraved pattern featuring leaves/foliage/scrolls and is finished with gadrooned/ribbed border and grand handles showing leaves and fleur de lys motif. As you can see from the photos it would comfortably hold several champagne glasses as well as bottle/bucket etc. As well as the kitchen sink haha! This would be perfect for a stately home, a special occasion or wedding company offering champagne on arrival. It measures a whopping 26.25 inches including handles 21.75 inches without by 16.25 inches weighing over 2kgs!!! If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask. 2 X Antique Silver Plated Serving Dishes With Lids 3 Part Heavy Great Quality

There are two sets of antique oval lidded silver plated metal vegetable serving bowls/ dishes. Beautiful English work of the late 19th, early 20th century style and taste, Louis XV Louis XVI Richly decorated with pearl friezes and acanthus leaves with a tinge of gold plate. The borders are with chiselled round motifs. Removable handle with pearl pattern allows the lid to be used as a second vegetable dish or other serving utensils. Maker’s marks show TW & Co engraved. One set is marked 1, second set marked 4. Also some kind of signature under the handle when handle is removed. These vegetable bowls are in very good condition, some signs of wear, some tarnish, some lack of silvering at bottom, no shocks, no deep scratches. Overall very good condition. Quality Silver Plate EPNS Drinks Tray or Salver Made in England

This is a very stylish and quality bun footed silver plate (EPNS) drinks tray or salver with great looking scalloped rim. It is made by quality maker Barker Brother, England and you can se from the stamped pineapple mark. The tray is 27 cms in diameter sitting at a height of 2 cms on 3 bun feet. It is in overall good clean condition with the silver plate all in good order and it polishes to a very nice shine as you can see. There are several light scratches and swirl marks, as you can see from the images. Please do remember this is an old piece so do not expect it to look new. The images also form part of the description. This would make a lovely quality and unusual gift for someone, which can still be admired and enjoyed today. Any questions please do ask. A Silver Plated Trophy. This trophy has been silver plated. There are a pair of handles on the sides. That have a ball connection at the top end and slot into a wooden turned collar. Stylistically this is so art deco. Made by Frances top silversmith Christofle. This could be a Luc Lanel design the form is correct. Engraved on the trophy is. 17 -18 July 1937. This is a air rally from Great Britain to Deauville in Northern France. When posting i will take this apart the handles unthread and so does the base. There is a slight nibble to the timber where the handle slots in very hard to see. A slight dink on the baseand some rubbing on the plate. This trophy is in good condition. 29cm x 25cm x 14cm. PAIR OF LARGE VINTAGE SILVER OR SILVER PLATED CUT GLASS CLARET JUGS , QUALITY. The silver has no marks , it also shows no ware, Im sure this is solid silver but with no markings it would be classified as white metal. Both are very elegant. The one with the glass stopper stands 34cm high, There is some damage to the glass under the silver mount inside were the stopper goes in. And a chip on the outside just below the silver mount. The top of the glass may have been ground down as its slightly shorter. The other stands 30cm high, there is no damage to the glass but the hinge on the lid has become unsoldered from the handle and needs a repair. There are a few issues but they are a very handsome pair. I would think these date from the early to mid 20th century.
