A stunning, large silver plated (on copper) oval gallery tray with elaborately chased plateau, pierced rise-and-fall rail, cut-out handles and standing on four bun feet. Vintage Sheffield silver plate – quality British craftsmanship. Solid and substantial – no wobble. In superb vintage condition – minor wear & light scratches but no plate loss. Gleaming like a mirror – freshly polished and ready to use. A beautiful example of its type. It measures 18 x 12 inches (46 x 31 cm) and weighs a little over 1.3kg unpacked. This is a vintage El Grandee punch bowl. It measures approx 17 inches across and 8 inches high. It has a tray, ladle (the ladle is plain with no design) and 12 cups. It is silver plate. The set is in previously owned condition. There is some tarnishing and some age related wear to the set.
