Beautiful and HIGH QUALITY western one-ear vintage show headstall LOADED with VINTAGE HEAVY PLATED CORTES SILVER! Absolutely wonderful and HIGH QUALITY VINTAGE headstall, maker unknown but its equivalent to VINTAGE CIRCLE Y. Bit end to bit end, headstall measures between 34.5 and 45. Dark oil in color with matched stitching. Loaded with GORGEOUS HEAVY PLATED SILVERthis is the vintage kind that is far superior to todays version. Its of excellent quality and will polish up time and time again, bright and shiny, without issue. Buckles are marked CORTES SILVER PLATED MEXICO as well as with a stamp that looks like a crown and has an S insidethere is writing above and below the crown but I cant read it. Buckles are 2.75 tall by 2 wide. Cheekpieces bars are 6 long. Headstall is in VERY GOOD PREOWNED CONDITION, especially for its age!! Used with normal signs of use present, but NOT abused or overused. This unique piece is marked only “DENMARK” on the bale that attaches the piece to the Teething Ring. The Kitty Cat is textured to show his fur and has a simple bow around his neck. This is a well made piece and measures approximately 3.75L from the tip of the teething ring to the base of the Kitty Cat. This piece weighs approximately 0.835 ounces or 23.8 grams. This is a hollow piece(it is a rattle). We find this piece in fine Vintage condition showing nice color patina and some slight scratches on the silverplate.
