Vintage Hallmarked English Silver Plate Meat Food Dome Cover 14″X10.5″. Set of two matching dome covers are in this set. Size: 14 “inches long approx by 10.5 “inches wide approx. 9 inches to top of handle. Inside looks hand hammered. Needs a more thorough silver cleaning but otherwise is very good shape. There might be one or two very very small “pings” hard to see. Feedback is greatly appreciated as we strive for excellence. And love to know how well we are doing our job. Original True Vintage Canteen of Cutlery Sheffield Silver Plated EPNS 53-Piece Oak Box Dates to around 1940s. Very good/excellent vintage condition. The cutlery is in beautiful order with no plate loss. It has been polished with silver cleaner so is nice and shiny. Slight colour variation to knife handles and the knife sharpener has wear marks to the metal. One dessert spoon has been replaced but fits perfectly with the set, being almost identical and from the same time period. The interior of the box is good and clean. The exterior of the box is excellent, just the occasional, very minor little marks. Weight (excluding packaging):4780g. Will be wrapped carefully and securely for transit. This absolutely stunning vintage six piece Coffee Tea Tray Service set of Community Silver Melon Sheffield Reproduction belonged to my grandmother, only one owner, and it is in exquisite condition. She had this set covered in a tarnish proof cloth sitting on a buffet table undisturbed. It appears to have been for decorative purposes. Each of the 5 piece coffee, tea, cream, sugar, and bowl pieces appear to have never been used, they are in pristine condition. The front of the tray is in perfect condition, no scratches or dents of any kind. The back of the tray shows some normal vintage wear but it is insignificant and not visible. Included in this set is. 1 The serving service tray. This tray is very large and very heavy! Including the handles on each end it is 31 inches long and just over 18 inches wide. No monogram, no scratches, beautiful engraved scroll and pineapple type engravings on the bottom of the tray. 2 The coffee pitcher with hinge open attached lid. Perfect condition no scratches dents or marks. Stands almost 10 inches tall and is 10 inches wide from the handle to the spout. 3 The tea pitcher with hinge open attached lid. It stands almost 6 inches tall and is 11 1/2 inches wide from handle to spout. 4 The cream pitcher. Also perfect condition with no scratches dents or marks! This piece stands 4 inches tall and is 5 inches wide from handle to pouring spout. 5 The sugar bowl with removable lid. This piece is also in perfect condition with no scratches dents or marks! It stands 4 1/2 inches tall with the lid on and is 4 inches wide. Also in perfect condition with no scratches dents or marks! This bowl stands 4 inches tall at the highest point with the handles and is 6 inches wide from handle to handle. This beautiful Community Silver Melon Sheffield Design Reproduction Pattern features all pieces except the tray are on gorgeous decorative 4 corner footed bases. The bases have elegant scroll work and details. The lid on the pieces that have lids have a knob at the top that looks like an acorn sitting on a beautiful leaf patch. The handles on the coffee and tea pot have an elegant black design ring at the top and bottom of the handle. The top edges of the handles have an extended upward design and the spouts of the coffee and tea pots have elegant scroll design embellishments on each end. All pieces including the tray are engraved on the bottom Melon Sheffield Design Reproduction By Community. This is a gorgeous vintage set that would be beautiful in any setting. This would be especially wonderful for the upcoming holiday season. It will enhance and add elegance to any location or setting used. My grandmother enjoyed this set and set took excellent care of it. It it has ever been used it is not showing and signs of it! I hope this set finds its way to a hone that will enjoy it and will be as proud of it as my grandmother was!
