The Vintage flatware pattern was officially given a design patent to the International Silver Co. 2, 1904, it shows the complex look we have come to call Victorian, along with an Art Nouveau realism of detail which was very much in the taste of the times, with rare and new pieces continuously being added to the line from time to time from its introduction and until about 1918, most common pieces, basic ones kept being produced even during the 20s. In any case this pattern has remained very popular with collectors in the years since then, and we are offering this time a HALF DOZEN of its rather scarce ICE CREAM FORK 5 ½ this. Taking the form of a spoon-like shallow scoop having at the end of the bowl projections resembling the tines of a fork with the characteristic old International pine tree shape, an extra triple antique quality plate estate set in an excellent condition, normal signs of use, NO plate loss, NO mono, lustrous bowls with crisp details, stamped as imaged, perfect to dig through and scoop your favorite ice cream and sorbet.
