His elegant vintage French silver plate Champagne bucket has elegant handles designed in the form of a lions’ heads holding rope design rings in their mouths. The base and the rim are encircled by an elegant classical motif border. The makers mark on the bottom consists of the image of a sphinx head above the initials P and A. This extremely handsome champagne bucket is in very good condition with the exception of some faint scratches due to normal use, a few signs of wear on the bottom and a few stains on the bottom of the interior.
