What a magnificent set we have for you. Exquisitely engraved as you can clearly see in the photos with a number of Leafs shaped like the Pothos plant. If you look at the tray, there are four towards the center of the tray surrounding the center cartouche. Another four leaves can be seen each is pointed into the corners. The center leaves have a small flower & shell design at the top of each leaf. The ones in each of the four corner looks like flowers and shell in avase that sits between each of the center leaves. Lovely scrolls add accent and surround the entire central design which viewed from another angle makes each of the center leaves appear like Hearts With scrolls and flowers at each base. Lovely detailing can also be seen on each of the handles with Shell and Acanthus leaf designs. The tray measures 24 1/8″ long handle to handle x 20 5/8″ long edge to edge x 14.5 wide edge to edge x. Each handle is 3″ deep x 4.5″ wide and weighs 7 pounds. The handles have a 2.75 opening for easier grasp and carry this lovely piece. As you can clearly see in the photos, this is a truly lovely that IS FOOTED, unlike less expensive pieces. Absolutely stunning and hallmarked;Wm. Included in this incredible set is the coffee pot, which has a stunning heart design which will hold the pot while you pour the coffee without spilling, as shown in the photos. Such a lovely way to entertain your guests! The coffee can stay warm with the ORIGINAL warmer, so often lost with pieces of this age. A rare find in a collection. The tea pot, sugar, creamer and bowl reflect beautifully as well and are also footed to seat well and comfortably on the tray or a table, they show classic elegance wherever you choose.
