Rare Vintage 1974 Gold Seiko Lord Matic 5606- 5060 23 Jewel Automatic. 18k Gold Plated Stainless Steel 32mm case (ex crown) with Monobloc push case back. Highest Quality Seiko 23 jewel Japanese automatic movement. Matching original Seiko 18k Gold Plated stainless steel adjustable 2 piece link bracelet. Rare Violet dial, completely untouched with matching Gold raised baton hour markers & hands. Day & Date located at 3pm (Quickset date working perfectly). This Gold Plated Lord Matic with Voilet dial is a very a rare model and very hard to find let alone in excellent near mint condition. The case, bracelet & crystal show very minor signs of cosmetic wear, far less than would be expected in a watch of this age. All original and completely untouched. Running as good as it looks and keeping very near perfect time, which is testament to the quality of the movement. Bracelet is adjustable and untouched with all links attached and will fit wrist 21cm in circumference or smaller. As mentioned the quick set date function working perfectly. This is a vintage wristwatch dating to 1971. This is beautiful, clean, and in excellent condition. The watch runs well and keeps time. The time sets as it should. The date advances properly. The case is 40 micron Heavy Gold Plated with a stainless steel back and it is about 33mm wide not including the crown. It is about 39mm long to the tips of the lugs. The movement is a high quality Bulova caliber 11AFACD and it has 17 jewels. The band is a new good quality French made rally style leather strap. The total length of the watch is about 9 1/4 inches. This uses an 18mm band which could easily be replaced if you prefer a different style or length. The crystal is clean and clear and has no scratches. An extremely sort after Omega Constellation Jumbo gold plated Automatic watch which features a date aperture. Fitted to a beautiful brown leather strap. The watch has been redialled to factory standard. The highly reliable automatic 565 Calibre movement has recently been serviced. The gold and black baton markers are a striking contrast on the silver dial. The back case has a refitted emblem which is discoloured. Servicing the movement requires detailed and precise work, the dial and the hands are removed along with the mechanism (which consist of over 100 parts).
