This is a wonderful very large Epergne / decorative silver plated centerpiece bowl. It measures 10.5 inches tall x 14.5 inches diameter for the cut glass bowl. It has the 3 silver plated arms that “hold” up the bowl (altho really for decoration as the center support is what keeps the bowl in place). There is also a fabulous light catching faceted ball in the stem of the holder. The piece appears to be silver plated over brass as there is a gold tone to the item. I can not find any makers marks but it does appear to be from the mid 1900’s due to the style. I have been able to locate any quiet like it to have more information on it. It is so amazing with nothing in the bowl but works well for placing items like decorative balls or candles in it. I would place fresh flowers in another container and then set the container in the piece due to how it is constructed with a hole to attach the bowl to the base. I may or may not know details but do spend time researching information to provide details the best I can and to pass along fair prices. I take all my own pictures in my home and as such try and get all the colors as true to correct as possible.
