This is a great example of a. Wema Suisse early flat pusher 40s WW2 era Landeron Calibre 48 hand winding chronograph The watch is in excellent condition as serviced , its winding and working perfectly keeping excellent time , however the chronograph function is sticking when the back is on , I. The back may be a replacement or part of the movement is a replacement. The chronograph function works when the back is off, albeit a bit stiff , its running fine and resetting to zero as it should. If you put a deeper back on it will be fine , this does not detract from the beauty of this watch , the watch still winds and works. Keeping excellent time and is fine to wear , the chrono will work with a deeper back I have been enjoying it as is its a beautiful looking timepiece with nice flared larger lugs and military style hands. I believe the German army used these , it may be a possibility that the back was changed to get rid of the markings but I cannot say for sure. Its a very nice practical watch with wonderful patina, the dial features twin, or multi. For both “Tachymeter & “Telemeter scales. It looks stunning its 34mm across or 36mm with the crown and 40mm across the lugs it comes on a nice 17mm black band & w. Ould make a lovely early Christmas present or birthday gift , a simply wonderful timepiece. This watch is serviced & working very well with a very clean movement, viewing is fine (with prior arrangement) , as is collection. This is a stag/elk silver plated stirrup cup by Gucci Italy. It is vintage and is in good to very good condition. The dark oxidation between the lines has been partially rubbed away and there are spots in the interior of the cup as seen in the photos. One of the points is a bit shorter than should be but it is not all that noticeable and the cup sits fairly level on the points. It is marked Gucci on one side and Italy on the other side. There are some light scratches but no heavy scratches on the cup exterior or interior. The cup is 6 inches tall and the cup diameter is 3 inches.
