Wema Suisse early flat pusher 40s WW2 era Landeron Calibre 48 hand winding chronograph The watch is in excellent condition as serviced , its winding and working perfectly keeping excellent time , however the chronograph function is sticking when the back is on , I. The back may be a replacement or part of the movement is a replacement. The chronograph function works when the back is off, albeit a bit stiff , its running fine and resetting to zero as it should. If you put a deeper back on it will be fine , this does not detract from the beauty of this watch , the watch still winds and works. Keeping excellent time and is fine to wear , the chrono will work with a deeper back I have been enjoying it as is its a beautiful looking timepiece with nice flared larger lugs and military style hands. I believe the German army used these , it may be a possibility that the back was changed to get rid of the markings but I cannot say for sure. Its a very nice practical watch with wonderful patina, the dial features twin, or multi. For both “Tachymeter & “Telemeter scales.
