A nice looking trophy from Down Under. The silver plate trophy is from the Illawarra Suburbs Lawn Tennis Association near Sidney Australia. The trophy i 9 tall and is mounted on a Bakelite base with engraved plate, reading as follows: I. Ladies Mid-Week Winter Comp. 1936 B2 Grade Lauriston, I. The trophy does show some wear to the finish but has a wonderful wreath and racket on the base.
