This is a nice vintage Tiffany & Co. Silver soldered plated silver covered vegetable dish. In pretty nice shape as the pics show with some minor surface wear in need of a good polish and the lid is slightly off and it comes exactly as shown. It is made for the handle to come off and the top flips over and matches to use for serving. It measures 11 1/2″ x 8 1/4″ x 6 1/2 Like us on Facebook at The Option B Designery. A SILVER PLATED Serving tray and burner set MADE BY THE FAMOUS LUXURY RETAILER ASPREY & COMPANY OF LONDON C. 1920 DURING THE ART DECO PERIOD. FOUND IN A GREAT CONDITION AND HAS CLEANED UP BEAUTIFULLY. THERE IS minimal WEAR TO THE SILVER PLATE JUST SOME LIGHT SURFACE SCRATCHES. I suspect this has never been used because the wicks in the burners appear to have never been lit. I believe my Grandmother received this as a wedding gift in 1925. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS ITEMS AND IT WILL MAKE A GREAT ADDITION TO ANY COLLECTION. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A LARGE AND HEAVY ITEM AND WILL BE EXPENSIVE TO POST WORLDWIDE. NICE VINTAGE Harrison Brothers & Howson footed silver plate serving dish; MADE IN THE UK, in Sheffield IN VERY GOOD FOR ITS AGE CONDITION. Has two inner dished, one of which has drainage holes, also has a ivory handle knob. Lid rotating mechanism works perfectly. The best server of this kind and size we have ever seen. Has inscription To Captain & Mrs E Vause from the Medical Staff, Chester War Hospital, 6 Feb. Please see all pictures CLOSE UP for detail on the condition of this Item. Welcome to A ntiques & Moore! This listing is for a gorgeous antique/vintage silver plate covered cheese dish with wooden insert. Beautiful embossed design on both cover and tray. This gorgeous cheese dish is in excellent condition with no noted damage to the body. Nice clean wood insert/cutting board. There is an embossed mark on the top of the wooden insert possibly with maker’s name, however, it is worn and we could not read it. The silver plate body is a very high q uality piece of vintage silver plate. Measures 6 1/2″ high, 10 1/2″ long and 9 wide. Weighs 3.0 pounds.
