I believe this is made in Italy by Teghini however it is not marked. I found another identical except instead of a circle it’s oval. However it has the same head and tale on it. The tray features a round body and a fish head and tail on either side. Measures: 20″ at the widest point and 13″ across the tray. No marks other than a 10 imprinted on each side on the bottom (please look at the red arrows). If you happen to know more about this and care to pass it along I would appreciate it. As you can see there are some blemishes in the silver. The larger spot seems to be where I presume the clear coat came off as it’s a bit shinier. I mostly polished the upper and did not attempt to clean the bottom.
