Vintage Lazy Susan 15 Silver Plated Webster Wilcox Oneida. Beautiful ornate floral rim with reticulated sides. Definitely shows some wear and could use a good polishing. The stand underneath that makes it twirl is quite loose. I was unable to tighten it by hand but my guess is that a washer underneath the screw would work.
