THE THIRST EXTINGUISHER’, AN ASPREY & CO. The silver plated body is in good condition , there are some surface scratches but nothing terrible. The inside was quite dirty when I bought this shaker but it cleaned up really well. The top section removes for pouring , beneath that is another removeable section to put your cocktail contents in. I know these have been made since the 1920’s , it is hard to date them exactly but I would place this one around the 1930-50 period but it could be earlier.
