Listed this week is an excellent selection of Sterling and Silver Plate from all over the world. There is some very fine Figural pieces plus some fine early examples as well. We are also very proud to be offering one of the finest collections of Glass we have ever handled. There is Lalique, Daum Nancy, Val St Lambert, Baccarat and Tiffany, just to name a few. I also love the extra details like the Flower on the handle and the finely pierced thumb press on the lid. The Silver is marked inside the Lid Mappin & Webb Princes’s Plate which was one of their finest lines so you know the quality is second to none. The Glass body is also of amazing quality featuring a fabulous central Spiral Star or Flower design to both the front and back as well as superbly fine cut button patterns. The Pitcher is in amazing condition with no damage, Plate wear or repairs and the glass is very clean throughout, about as nice an example as you could hope to find. The Pitcher is also a nice larger size for display in a collection or for modern use, measuring 10-3/4 inches tall by 7-1/2 inches long and holding approx 1150ml or 39 U.
