Swiss Emperor Vintage gold plated Chronograph watch Amazing condition

For sale is a beautuful vintage Swiss Emperor gold plated Chronograph watch in superb condition. The watch has been incredibly well cared for and is in amazing condition. The dial is almost like new with loads of shine on the indices and hands. All seems to be in perfect working condition. I had a watchmaker in Bristol open her up recently to fix an issue with the stem and he commented on the impressive condition of the movement. The movement is I believe a Valjoux 7733 calibre. The acrlylic crystal is in beautiful condition with no obvious scratches. The watch is a 1960s piece and is the case is roughly 37mm wide, not including the crown. The lug width is 20mm so the watch looks great on the wrist. The watch comes on a quality horween leather two piece strap. Please examine the images before purchasing. Vintage Longines Wittnauer Eight Ball Dial Gold Plated Mens Date Watch 17J 1960s

This is a vintage wristwatch dating to circa 1965. This is beautiful, clean, and in excellent condition. It was made by Longines’ associate company Wittnauer. The watch runs well and keeps time. The time sets as it should. The date indicator advances as it should. The date can be quick set by pushing in the crown. The case is gold plated with a stainless steel back and it is about 34mm wide not including the crown. It is about 40mm long to the tips of the lugs. The movement is a high quality Wittnauer C11K manual winder and it has 17 jewels. The band is a high quality JB Champion gold filled tops expansion bracelet with black suede leather inserts. This will fit a wrsit that is about 7 inches around or larger. This uses a 17 to 18 mm band which could easily be replaced if you prefer a different style or length. The crystal is clean and clear and has no scratches. The dial is near pristine, original, un-restored, and is depicted accurately in the pictures. This makes even the slightest imperfections and specks of dust appear much more prominent though they are often not visible without magnification. There are a few different versions of this watch, this is the 17 Jewel, Sterling Silver plated variety. It is an unusual piece, the case has a masonic symbol repousse decoration both front and back, Masonic hands that are gold plated adorn the front and of course the dial has Masonic symbols in place of numerals. The watch winds sets and runs – we did not time it for long just a few hours – from what we can tell it kept time : however we doubt if this has ever had a service – for optimum time keeping please have it serviced by a professional. There are no large dings or dents, there is also no monograms either applied or removed. Measurements are: 1.94 x 2.15 inches, thickness is 0.40 of an inch.
