A SILVER PLATED Serving tray and burner set MADE BY THE FAMOUS LUXURY RETAILER ASPREY & COMPANY OF LONDON C. 1920 DURING THE ART DECO PERIOD. FOUND IN A GREAT CONDITION AND HAS CLEANED UP BEAUTIFULLY. THERE IS minimal WEAR TO THE SILVER PLATE JUST SOME LIGHT SURFACE SCRATCHES. I suspect this has never been used because the wicks in the burners appear to have never been lit. I believe my Grandmother received this as a wedding gift in 1925. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS ITEMS AND IT WILL MAKE A GREAT ADDITION TO ANY COLLECTION. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A LARGE AND HEAVY ITEM AND WILL BE EXPENSIVE TO POST WORLDWIDE. Vintage Trio of c. 1960 Los Castillos Silverplate and Brass Handmade Bird Trays. On offer is a trio of wonderful and whimsical LOS CASTILLOS, TAXCO MEXICO silver plated and mixed metal (copper/brass) bird trays. These are handmade in fact they are stamped hand-wrought they are all slightly different and vary in weight by over 30 grams. These are vintage 1960s pieces right out of the Mexican mid-century modern era with sweet details. They measure 8 x 7.25 inches each and weigh a total of 780.3 grams.
