Vintage tenor saxophone in very good condition. It looks and sounds very rich. There’s one small dent in the knee. There is B&S metall. One clamp on the ligature is broken. The case is old, Selmer, has worn out. / the saxophone was washed, cleaned, the tonal holes were leveled, leather pads were installed , a lot of work was done on it. I’ll pack it well. Conn New Wonder Series 1 Tenor Sax Serial # 131252 (1924). This Conn New Wonder Tenor Sax is a recent trade-in item at Mike’s Music and Sound. The sax is in excellent condition and has been completely overhauled by our band department. The overhaul consists of a complete tear down of the horn; ultrasonic cleaning, polishing of all silver parts, replacing all pads and corks, along with needed needle spings. Vintage Selmer C Jazz Metal Silver Plate Tenor Saxophone Mouthpiece with Cap & Lig
This vintage Henri Selmer C Jazz tenor saxophone mouthpiece is in nice condition overall and has minor general wear from past use. The plating has held up nicely and appears to be free from any loss. There is light teethmarks on the beak and minor scuffs on the body; no notable issues that would affect playability. Engravings are crisp: “Henri Selmer Paris / C / Jazz”. York Vintage Tenor Saxophone Satin Silver Plate (1920/30s Model). IMPORTANT: vintage saxophones, including this York, have a highly distinct character, which is very different from modern instruments. The ergonomics, tuning, and tone will all be unfamiliar to the average player, and finding a properly compatible mouthpiece may be a challenge. This listing is intended for experienced saxophone players or collectors who are already familiar with these older American instruments, and are looking specifically for the unique sound which they can create. Made in Grand Rapids, Indiana, USA. As with all of our instruments, this saxophone has been fully serviced and tested by our woodwind technician to ensure that it plays well. Vintage Buescher True Tone Tenor Saxophone Silver Plate (1925) Bundle
This is a beautiful vintage Buescher. Plays like a dream and holds the sound quality youd expect from a True Tone. Refurbishment is not necessary as I saw to an overhaul a couple years ago. Pads are still in great condition. There is one spring on a side key which would need to be replaced, however, all of the other springs are either new or working perfectly. The Saxophone comes with the formed Protec Tenor Case, a Protec 10 reed hard case, a lightly used Neotech Neck Strap, and two mouth pieces listed below. The First Mouthpiece is a Sigmund Rascher Classical mouthpiece. This is a beautiful sounding Mouthpiece, traditionally used for classical or orchestral purposes. The second mouthpiece is a Macsax FJ III. It is a brass mouthpiece platted in Rhodium. Is is one of my favorite mouthpieces of all time. It is a jazz mouthpiece that has a lot of bright tones and can be very loud if you need it to be. Both mouthpieces have been sanitized and will be ready to play when you receive them. Saxophone vintage Dolnet Tenor series 2. Silver plate 1950
Here we have a nice Dolnet Tenor , series 2. Silver plated 1950 ish. Brown leather pads flat metal resos with centre rivet. Not new but seating nicely. Some scratches and wear mainly to rear of body shown in photos. Good condition for a sax of this age, great vintage sound easy to play. A small dent to elbow shown in photos. Some flaking of silver plate to some keys. These are well known good reputation. Original Dolnet mouthpeice ligature and cap. Wooden end plug and a music liege stand. May need a polish.
