Up for sale is a nice high quality antique late 19th century figural cigar box. It’s done with very elaborate detailing, made of a silver plated brass, and has acquired a lovely patina from age. The box has an exquisite figural scene depicted on every panel in high relief and is very intricate design. It’s lined with a cedar wooden lining and footed with circular legs. In nice antique condition and measures 7 3/4 inches long by 3 3/4 inches tall by 5 3/4 inches wide. Which will be a charge of 7% due to New Jersey state law. Please make sure to look at all pictures very closely before purchasing, as most pieces in my shop are non refundable. Most items are antique or vintage and could have usual ware from age. Beautiful antique Meriden sliver plate humidor / cigar box. The item is featured with a hunting dog carrying a rabbit. The item is very rare and highly collectible. The lid sits nice and tight, and it is complete with the divider bar which holds the sponges. The lock appears in tact but missing the key. Stunning in its presentation this humidor would be the crown jewel for any cigar aficionado. Measures 7″ X 6.5″ X 6.5 including the height of the dog. Great patina I will leave it up to you to clean. Vintage Hermes designer plated cedar lined box – a rectangular cigarette box with a gilt reindeer head mounted to the centre of the hinged lid, lined with a sectioned cedar lining – originally intended for cigarettes but perfect for cufflinks, trinkets, keys or as a coffee table box. Marked for Hermes Paris Made in France – total weight 670grms – overall dimensions 190mm length x 120mm width x 27mm height without head, 80mm height with head – c. Very good condition with very light surface scratches from normal use to the plate, some tarnish, could be further polished if so desired. Gilding still intact to reindeer head. Cedar lining in good condition with one small crack to top right of inner lid as pictured – lining is perfectly stable and does not affect intended use but mentioned for accuracy.
