W allingford Silver Company Silver Plate Mahogany Tray Table. The tray and table can be used alone or combined and used as a side or accent table. The silver plate is tarnished and needs polishing. Otherwise, it is without flaws. No dings, bends or damage. The tray is marked on the verso Wallingford Silver Co. The tray has vented sides and an etched design. The tray is 12.75 in diameter and it is. The table is as shown and was produced at the time specifically for use with the tray. It has tripod legs that are assembled with brass wood screws. It appears to be mahogany wood. Together with the tray the two pieces are 18.25 in height. The table top has been routed to accept the tray. The table is marked with a large “A”. Both pieces are in excellent condition for their age. The only wear to the wooden three-leg table is to the top surface, which, of course, is covered by the tray. Otherwise the wood is flawless. I believe this is a 1950’s-1960’s piece of silver plate and furniture. It has been in our personal family storage for several years.
