This is a Vintage Reed and Barton 5 piece Loveland rose design silver plated tea / coffee set. It is not Antique even though its under Antiques. It has a sticker on the bottom that reads The Sheffield Silver Company. You could clean/ polish it if you want to bring that shine back. I will leave that to the discretion of whomever buys it.
