Vintage 1928 Zeppelin Silver Plated Cocktail Shaker

Here is an original 1928 Zeppelin Cocktail Shaker. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you will get. Yes, there are a few pieces missing. But, what is there is in very good – excellent condition! It consist of the following: The main body with the gondola clips, the domed top, the strainer with built in reamer, a flask with cap, and four shot glasses. The main body is in excellent condition with no dents. The clips are intact. The threads on the base are perfect! There is a small area beside the clip on the left where the silver plating is worn a tiny bit. The base is marked D. Germany with the numbers 32 on it. The insides are gold plated and in excellent condition. Now for the domed top. It is in amazing condition! There are no dents. The silver plating is in excellent condition! The insides of the dome top has a beautiful gold plating which is in great condition. The threads are perfect, and it is marked Germany with the number 32 on the rim. The strainer with built-in reamer is in excellent condition with no cracks or splits. The underside of it is gold plated, which is in perfect condition! It is marked D. Germany with some patent numbers. The flask is in nearly perfect condition! There are no dents and the silver plating is near perfect! It has the original cork under the cap. The cap is marked Germany on it. The four shot glasses are in excellent condition. There are no dents and the silver plating is excellent. Each shot glass is gold plated on the inside and looks nearly new. Each shot glass is marked Germany on the bottoms. This Zeppelin is missing the tail fin. I do not have it. However, what is there is in such great condition. If you need parts for yours, or happen to have the tail fin, what a great opportunity! These Zeppelins complete are worth thousands. It is close to impossible to find these, especially in this good of condition. Again, the threads on all of these parts are perfect! Vintage Very Rare Zeppelin Style 12 Piece 1930’s Cocktail Shaker With Flask

Here is a very rare and beautiful German cocktail shaker! It is rather large, measuring 3 1/2″ wide x 7″ tall. It consists of 12 pieces. There is the outside body of the shaker. The cover is stepped with a built in strainer and reamer on the underside. Then there is a cap. Inside you have a flask with a cap. Then there are four larger shot glasses that perfectly nests inside of each other. They measure about 1 7/8″ wide x 2″ tall. Then there is a wooden insert that perfectly fits inside the four shots to hold two other smaller shots. These smaller shots measure 1 3/8″ wide x 1 5/8″ tall. The smaller shots have a rim around them. The six shot glasses and insert sit on top of the flask. Then the lid and cap fit on perfectly. When all together, there is no rattling around at all! This set is perfectly engineered! All the pieces are in very good condition. The outside body does have a minor imperfection on it as seen on the last picture frame. It is not a dent, dents go in. This is more of a tiny bulge out in one small spot. The silverplating is in great condition on all pieces! The inside of the shaker looks brand new and has a gorgeous gold interior. The insides of the shot glasses also have a gold tone. The cover is in perfect condition. The reamer is perfect. On the top of the cover it is marked D. With the numbers 894884 Made In Germany. The bottom of the shaker is also marked D. 894884 Made In Germany. The flask is in great shape with no dents. The original cork is in great shape! The cap on the flask has a beautiful ribbed design all the way around. It also is indented to have the shot glasses seat in perfectly! The wood insert is in great condition. The lid is marked Made In Germany on the side. Each shot glass is marked Germany on them. This is a unique, high quality, heavy set! Vintage Original 1928 Zeppelin Cocktail Shaker

Here is an original 1920’s Zeppelin cocktail shaker. It is the outer body only consisting of three parts, the tail fin, main body, and dome top. The tail fin is in rough shape. Someone has damaged the threads on it, and it has a lot of dings. The tail fin will push onto the body and stay there pretty firmly, but the threads will not screw together properly. All four fins are in place and could be used to rebuild another tail section if wanted. The main body is in fairly good shape, however the threads on the bottom where the tail fin section screws on, are damaged. The top threads are fine and work. The two clips are in place and in very good shape. There are no dents to the main body. The dome top is in good condition, and the threads work fine. The dome top is stamped Germany on it. This would be great for parts, or have it restored. Please look at all the pictures and ask questions if you have any. Vintage Rare 1928 Zeppelin Cocktail Shaker (20 Pieces)

This is an original 1928 Zeppelin cocktail shaker! There are a total of 20 pieces. I would like to start off by stating that the spoon holder is not the original spoon holder. It has had this spoon holder as long as i have owned it. I have seen one other like it, so perhaps it was a after though remake to the gondola. Other than the spoon holder, which works just fine, all the other pieces are original and stamped Germany on them. The set is in very good condition. There are the usual scratches and markings that come with age. There are no major dents. There are a couple of dimples on the top of the flask. Also, the strainer has one small stress crack on the side as shown in the next to last picture frame. The dome top has a few hairline stress cracks as shown in the last picture frame. However, they are hard to make out and cannot even be seen unless you are closely examining it. None of them effect the function at all… So, there are three pieces to the main body, the tail fin base, the middle section, and the dome. Then there is a flask, four shot glasses that fit on top of the flask, a strainer, and a lid to the strainer. Then there are two additional round shot glasses that fit into the tail fin with a funnel and a corkscrew. What is nice about the funnel and corkscrew is they also serve as a champagne glass! The insides of all the pieces have a gold wash finish. The insides are extremely clean on all pieces!!! This is an extremely hard shaker to find and highly collectable.
