The valves are smooth and fast with strong compressional and all the slides a free and functional. It is a trumpet you will feel proud to take out of the case. The silver plating is beautiful. There are no dents or concerns. There are a few ting pings and there is a little solder where one of the braces was reinforce. The trumpet looks more like a new horn than one that is forty years old.
