Vintage Ellis-Barker(England) heavily silver plated Asian motif fruit or punch bowl. The top edge of the bowl is grooved all the way around in the form of the top of a castle wall. The sides of the bowl are engraved in Asian themed scenes of warriors, fishermen and more. Enlarge pics for best details. The bowl measures 6 3/8″ height at the rim x 10 3/4″ diameter across the top and weighs almost 3 pounds. It is in good condition with no dents. There is a small area of silver loss in the bottom of the bowl and other minor losses on the raised trim around the top edge. All engraved scenery remains crisp and well defined. Stamped England along with Ellis-Barker maker’s mark. Starts low with no reserve.
