Known as a stirrup Cup these were traditionally handed to mounted huntsman or woman for a toast or a quick nip before riding off or continuing on the hunt. This isnt a Victorian era example, whilst it isnt new either! Often these vintage examples were made in Italy- whilst this one isnt marked that I can see.
