Please keep this in mind when purchasing. Nice large vintage Towle Silver Plate footed tray, with ornate handles and elegant Grand Duchess flower pattern. Ideal size for tea set or. The length of the tray is 26″ excluding handles and 30″ long from handle end to handle end. It’s 20″ wide and 2″ high. Marked Towle EP 6955 on the back. Very good vintage condition. No deep scratches, dents, dings or loss of silver. There is one small corrosive spot on the center edge of the tray, and one of the decorative edge scroll has tiny corrosive pitting specks. Vintage American Towle Silverplate 30 Waiter Tray Footed Chased Grand Duchess Double Handles. Oval form with double handles. Handles and rim have intricate scroll with with flowers floral detail. Nice engraving – no monogram in center. Substantial sideboard buffet , dining table , hunt breakfast , shower , catering , statement serving piece – exquisite and functional. See photos for detail of maker’s mark on underside. Approx : 30″ , including handles , x 20.25″. This tray weighs approximately 12.5 pounds! Handles and feet are secure. See photos for best details.
