Estate sale find- I know nothing about them : I can only describe them. The daughter of estate sale said theyre very old. She estimated at least 1940/50. She didnt know where her mom got them from. There are no stamps or markings. They were dirty when I got them and I was able to polish them up. Whatever they are made of it is plated. The pedestals are HEAVY. The top parts are not. The cobalt blue glass bowl is full of bubbles. The glass has crazing and stress lines but no actual cracks or chips. The glass is thick! The bowl alone weighs 2 and half pounds. Its 3 tall and 7 1/2 wide. The lid for that has a handle thats a child riding a fish. I have no way of knowing what the turquoise stones are made of. Examine photos carefully as thats the best way to determine the answers to your questions. Pedestal bowl- 11 1/4 wide & 7 1/2 tall.
