Vintage Silver Soldered Serving Tray Hershey’s Country Club Circa 1968

Vintage, Silver Soldered, serving tray from Hershey Country Club, by Victor Silver Co circa 1968. Built by Hersheys, the Hershey Country Club is located right near the Hershey’s Chocolate Company. This lovely tray is in good condition for its age and use. A wonderful piece to use, display or collect. Marks: Hershey Country Club Victor S Co 55 070 11 14 14 IN and 68 in a box indicating the date. Measurements: approx 14 diameter. This tray is in good vintage condition for it’s age and use. Show some expected signs of use such as light scratches, light wear, tiny dings and marks inherent to silver soldered items. Still very lovely and shiny. No other obvious damage that I can see. My pictures aren’t doctored to hide flaws so please use photos as part of the description. My items are antique and vintage. They have been loved through the years and most likely will show such. Antique Atkin Bothers Silver Plated Biscuit Barrel Circa 18th Century

Stunning Antique Silver Plated footed Biscuit Barrel Produced by The Atkin Brothers Sheffield. Superb two layers, the outer layer hand chased, the time consuming work displaying ribbon work, swags tails and a blank cartouche ready to be engraved, the inner layer is smooth, the lid is finished with pretty ornate floral finial. The signs of quality, professional and intricate handcrafting are apparent throughout this entire piece. The barrel itself measures H 12cm x W 12cm Bottom plate measures 18cm across. Overall height 19cm to top of finial. The barrel is a fine period correct antique. All silver-plating is intact and I suspect this has been loved and re-plated at some point in time there is no dents or dings or flaws. In very clean, remarkable excellent condition. An exquisite antique brooch from the late Victorian era adorned with a large emerald cut green paste in the centre which simulates a 3.5ct emerald. Its framed by glistening old cut white pastes that have been foil backed to increase their sparkle. The gallery has a fabulous, stepped design modelled in silver and plated in yellow gold with a black enamel strip around the centre gallery.
