Vintage 31 Handcrafted Moroccan Oxidize Silver plated Brass Jeweled Floor Lamp. Vintage Handcrafted Moroccan Brass floor lamp. Made of brass with oxidize silver finish. Jeweled with many glass stones in different colors. Measures: 31 inches height and 8.6 inches height. Comes with 2 bulb sockets. How to tell if it is real solid brass or any other metal with brass or silver plating? First, test with a magnet – a refrigerator magnet will do. Solid brass is not magnetic. If the magnet sticks, the item is usually steel or cast iron, with brass plating. If the magnet does not stick, you can test further by scratching a hidden area with a sharp tool. 19th Century Grand Tour – Arc De Triomphe Silver Plated Brass Box desk tidy/ornament standing on a black slate base. The top of the monument has a hinged lid that opens to reveal a storage compartment. The monument is silver plated brass and very minor wear to the plate it has not been cleaned. Manhattan Brass Co Single Arm Nickel Plated Student Oil Lamp

For your consideration is an antique Manhattan Brass Company single arm student oil lamp with a thin white glass shade. The glass shade has a painted floral pattern with pink flowers and green and brown leaves. Also it has a blue/gray strip around the knuckle at the top. Both the front and back of the shade has this pattern with the front being larger. The lamp is nickel plated brass except for the main vertical rod and the weighted base which are both magnetic. There is wear to the nickel plating so brass is showing in areas and some pitting to the metal on the base from contamination sitting on it for to long. Around the burner where the shade holder sits it is signed Manhattan Brass Co with 3 patent dates. All parts seem to been functioning properly but it has not been tested to leaks. The ring has an oblong shape like it has been slightly bent. It measures approximately 20 1/4″ tall from the base to the top of the ring and 12″ wide from the edge of the shade to the font holder. The shade is 5 1/2″ tall and the rolled top edge is 4 1/4″ in diameter. The fitter is 6 7/8 in diameter and has 1 small chip. Please review and enhance the photos as they are part of the description. Up for sale is a nice high quality antique late 19th century figural cigar box. It’s done with very elaborate detailing, made of a silver plated brass, and has acquired a lovely patina from age. The box has an exquisite figural scene depicted on every panel in high relief and is very intricate design. It’s lined with a cedar wooden lining and footed with circular legs. In nice antique condition and measures 7 3/4 inches long by 3 3/4 inches tall by 5 3/4 inches wide. Which will be a charge of 7% due to New Jersey state law. 2 VTG Hare Rabbit Bunny STIRRUP CUPS Brass Silver Plated

This listing is for 2 vintage Rabbit Hare base metal Stirrup Cups. They measure approx 3 1/8″ wide at the lip x 5 1/2″ tall. These stirrup cups are in used condition and they do show some wear. The brass on the outside of the cup and on the hare is worn in places allowing the silver to show through. They have scuffs on the side and one cup has a dent on the lip as seen in photos. The inside is in overall good condition, less wear on the silver plated lining. I’m sure they could use a good polishing as I’m listing them in as found condition from an estate.
