Antique Long Beaded Purse With Silver Plated Chain And Closure – hand beaded, two sided – one with a beautiful Peacock and the other blue and white scene with deer. Initials are embroidered on the inside lining (JH) and there is a small pocket on the interior lining – the button has come off but itbis inside the purse. There are a few spots where the silver plating has runbed off to reveal brass underneath. Suspected to be late 1800’s because of Victorian motifs. 13″ long from top of clasp to bottom of fringe, 7.5″ wide at the top and chain has a 6 drop to purse. Some of the stitching is loose at the top but there are not any holes visible.
