This is such a cool piece of Los Angeles history!! This vintage bowl from LAAC measures approximately 10 1/8 in diameter and 5 3/8 tall. It is a nice heavy piece made by Reed & Barton. It weighs just shy of 4 pounds. There is loss of plating and quite a few scratches/dents from use. It is hard to explain but I think that the base has been bent inward making the bowl less tall. I could be wrong but the base seems a bit sunken in to the bottom of the bowl. The bowl is no longer perfectly round and it leans just a bit. I cant find anything like this so Id imagine that it is quite rare. Please review all photos closely for condition as they are considered part of the description.
