RARE Vintage Hotel Utah Meat Dome Entree Serving Tray, Silver Plate. This piece is a rarity. This great piece of nostalgia is from the historic Hotel Utah which debuted in 1911 and closed in 1987. This is a domed serving tray from that historic hotel. It does have scratches and dings all throughout the piece but it is still in great shape considering its age. The tray measures 20.5″ X 15.5″ X 3. The dome measures 19″ X 14″ X 7.5 not including the handle on top. This is a rather large piece big enough to fit a good sized turkey.
