Vintage 6 person Oneida Community Hampton Court Cutlery set

Vintage Oneida Hampton Court Silver Plate Cutlery set for 6 people. This cutlery set was produced by Oneida Community Silversmiths, USA. It is in the design called Hampton Court. This cutlery set is a vintage set and in beautiful condition. The blades are marked Super Stainless Community Sheffield Made. The backs of the silver plated pieces are marked Community. It is the older design of this pattern released in 1936. The Community cutlery was all double plated over the areas of most wear, this can be seen to the backs of the spoons and forks as a faint circle, shown in one photo to the back of a teaspoon. This is a setting for 6. 6 hollow handle dinner knives, measuring 240mm long, 6 hollow handle entree knives, measuring 220mm. 6 dinner forks (192mm long) , 6 entree forks (180mm long) , 6 soup spoons (174mm long), 6 dessert spoons (185mm long), 6 teaspoons (133mm long), and a table spoon. There are 43 pieces. As mentioned above all are in lovely condition. There are a few minute scuffs from use and a few tiny spots as shown to the table spoon in close up but there is no wear through to the plating anywhere as can be seen. Bottles Measure 13 Inches Tall. Bottles with Stopper Measure 17 Inches Tall. The Bottles Show No Chips, Stains, Very Minute Scratches. One Bottle Has a little Haze, but 2 Are Very Clear. These 3 Decanters are Sitting in a Silver Over Copper 3 Section Tantalus. I Never Polished It Because I liked the Aged Looking Patina, but It Has been Polished. Many Times And This is Were You Can See the Silver Layered Over the Copper. The Tray is Centered with a Simple but Elegant Handle.
