For you consideration is this vintage silverplated Coffee/Tea Service with Serving Tray. It includes the following. Serving tray measuring 30 inches X 18 inches. Coffe Pot measuring 10 7/8 inches high with attached lid. Bottom marked Gorham Y1601—2 3/4 pint w 5 hallmarks. Tea pot measuring 9 inches high. It had an attached lid. Bottom marked Gorham Y1603—2 1/2 pint w 5 hallmarks. Creamer measuring 6 inches high. Bottom marked Gorham Y1604—3/4 pint w 5 hallmarks. Covered sugar bowl measuring 6 3/4 inches at the peak. Bottom marked Gorham Y1605 w 5 hallmarks. Waste bowl 5 3/4 inches. Bottom marked Y1603 w 5 hallmarks. The tray has numerous light scratches and needs cleaning on bottom. Please note this is a heavy ornate tea set. The coffee pot has some light staining as a result of not being polished regularly but I see no pitting but needs some cleaning. The tea pot also needs some cleaning. I did not see any issues with the sugar bowl, creamer, or waste bow. Good condition from a high end local estate. Please see pictures and ask questions. Excellent condition with expected wear for their age but no damage to speak of. 9″ long with a bowl measuring 1-3/4″ by 1. The end of the handles widens to 1/2. How many of these do you thing he broke when he was making them? The neck is so thin and they are so elegant looking. 28 grams / 1 oz EACH. This set is in very good condition, and marked Cailar Bayard 84, and has hallmarks on the knife handles as shown. Christofle took over this French silversmith in the 1930’s. This is a very heavy silverplate set. The knives have stainless blades. The following is what is included: 12 dinner forks 8 1/2″, 12 dinner knives 9 7/8″, 12 large soup spoons 8 1/2″, 12 soup spoons 7 1/4″, 12 teaspoons 5 3/4″, 12 dessert/salad, or luncheon forks, 7 1/4″, and 12 luncheon knives 8 5/8. This is a RARE find. I have been searching for others like it, and have not found one yet. It’s a vintage silver plate cocktail shaker by NAPIER. The silver looks like it might be coming off in some areas. There is a small dent on one side and in front there is an indentation also. I’m not sure it is a dent, or supposed to be there. It measure approx 10″ tall to the top of his comb and approx 5″ at the widest part of the belly. Please look at all the pictures below the listing. There may be many and often times the scrolling gallery only shows a few. The samovar is in good condition with no monograms or dents and the silver plate is very shiny and bright. The inside of the samovar is clean and usable with no pitting. It stands about 18.5 inches tall by 11 inches wide. There is a holder for candles to rest in which looks to be original to the set. Over all it is in good condition. The question does not refer to how you feel about the post office rates but rather did I over charge you, the customer. All sales are final unless item is not as described by misrepresentation.
