It stands about 16.5 inches tall by 10.5 inches wide measuring across the handles. The burner looks to be original to the samovar and fits tightly as does the cover. The silver plate is in good condition as shown in the pictures with no monograms or dents. This is a repair to the handle as shown in picture number 11 at the top and bottom there fore when polishing we recommend picking up by the neck though it looks like a sturdy repair. The inside is usable with no pitting. The question does not refer to how you feel about the post office rates but rather did I over charge you, the customer.
