There are some faint surface scratches in center from normal use (see photos) – no other noted flaws. Tray has decorative Chippendale style embossed design on outer body in high relief. The back of the tray is marked “Reed &Barton”, “EPNS” (electro plated nickel silver) and numbered “06160”. Measures 1 1/8″ high and 12″ in diameter.
